Friends of Friedrich Wilderness Park, is a volunteer, non-profit organization founded in 1989 to support the preserve in cooperation with the City of San Antonio.

Raymond Russell Park - Located at 20644 IH-10 West, Raymond Russell County Park features three pavilions, two of which have kitchens. The pavillions can be reserved for parties of up to 90 and 340.
City Golf Course:

Rancho Diana - Located at 9680 Menchaca, 78255, Rancho Diana is not open / awaiting development, 639.9 acres. Plans are to expand and appropriately develop the Friedrich/Crownridge/Cedar Creek/Rancho Diana contiguous park properties into a natural area destination. Proposed capital improvement projects include the design and construction of a Natural Areas Visitors Center, with rehabilitation to the existing structures, parking, access, interpretive features, trails, trailhead features, and other amenities following a master plan for the historic park.
Medallion - A tract of land purchased in 2003 comprising 145.8 acres off of Kyle Seale Parkway.
